Dayna Arena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from New York University and is a licensed Registered Nurse in New York State. She is an expert in the field of Medical Weight Loss and Preventative Medicine. Dayna is also an Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Manhattan College. She is the Director of Weight Loss and Wellness at Tomorrow Medicine.
Dayna advocates a holistic approach to health that focuses on the whole person and root causes of disease. She has guided hundreds of patients to weight loss success inspiring and motivating them to not only lose weight but prevent disease by achieving optimal wellness.
